She felt like a cat losing nine lives
One by one slinking into night,
Amid stark loss she realized
She must enjoy her time
While she had lives left
To redefine,
Savouring
Breath like
Wine.

Absolutely love this! And not just because of the reference to cats. 😉 The message and flow of your words are beautiful. 🙂
Thank-you! You’re always very thoughtful with your comments. 🙂

Lol, my mind often feels like mush, don’t worry. You seem quite lucid to me. 🙂
